1). How will I know that my order was successfully placed?

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email on your provided email address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch email that confirms that your package has successfully left our warehouse and will reach you shortly.

2). What if I do not receive an order confirmation email?

If you do not receive your order confirmation email after placing an order, please Contact Us.

3). How will I know if my package has been shipped?

Once placed orders leave our warehouse, we immediately send a dispatch email to the respective customer. You will receive a dispatch confirmation on your email address.

The email will contain your package’s tracking information and details of how you can track your package.

4).Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled by the Dajanoli Outdoors Suppliers and shipped from LOCATION.

5). Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. Currently, you don’t need to create an account before placing your order. However, we may require you to create one in the future to provide you with a better shopping experience with us.

6). Are the products in my cart automatically reserved?

Once you click on “Add to Cart” while purchasing a product, it automatically gets saved into your cart; however, we do not guarantee it because some items may go out of stock right before you place an order, even if they were available when you added them to your cart.

7). Can I change an order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, you can not delete or change your order once it is placed. However, you may be able to cancel it provided it has not been shipped. Please Contact Us for further assistance.

8). Can I place an order over the telephone?

Yes, we may accept your orders over the telephone. But, online orders are preferred.

9). What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unused, untempered products. On receiving the returned items in their original condition and packaging, we will credit your payment through the original method of payment except for delivery/shipping charges. If 30 days have passed since your order, we will not provide a credit or refund. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the package should not be damaged.
